Thank you, Michael.  Caron and the installer were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process and we are pleased with the gates installed at 1888 Main St. Hartford, CT.  We look forward to evaluating your product, both proactively and reactively in this market.  Thank you.

Ever wonder why the Xpanda Security Gate's lattice tubes are made from cold rolled steel, instead of hot rolled steel. It comes down to rigidity and hardness of the gates.  Cold rolled steel is simply harder than hot rolled, and tubes are much more rigid than flat or bent bar stock.....think how strong a straw is...it's rolled paper...but flat it has no strength.

So think tubular constructed security gates and grilles next time you have a break in or smash and grab.

And tubular window and door gates look good as well...no rough edges, no exposed welds, brilliant powder coated enamel finish.

CLIENT LETTER TO CARON
Apr 1 2010

Hi Caron,

John and I just wanted to say thank you for all that you have done to help set us up with our new Xpanda security grates. They look great and are working well. You were great to work with. Knowledgeable but not pushy. You were easy to get ahold of and we felt confident you would make sure the job was done right. We also appreciated the speed at which you were able to get our order processed and the way you kept us informed through phone calls and emails. Your company is lucky to have an employee like you!

I would also ask that you help me to get in touch with our installer's supervisor. Filipe Mendonca was awesome. He showed up on time, was friendly, and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He started set up and installation right away and worked straight through until he was finished. He even stopped to make a quick run to the hardware store to buy screws that would work better for our windows. He took pride in what he was doing and we appreciate that work ethic more than you know! It is not often these days that you get to work with such professional people, but we got that from start to finish with the Xpanda company. So thank you. I hope that your boss, as well as Filipe's boss know just how lucky they are to have the valuable and dependable employees they have in the two of you.

We will not hesitate to pass your name along when such an opportunity arises. You were great!
