We use tubular steel for increased rigidity...stop those smash and grab break ins with aesthetically pleasing security gates without sacrificing structural integrity. Hardened steel also adds to the security formula of our scissor gates.

The gates were a lot easier to install than I thought...a drill, and nothing more!! Thanks to Taylor for walking me through the procedure.

Taylor, I had originally hoped that my husband would help me install the gates because I was a little daunted about putting together such a big and important project. He helped me put in a couple of screws and it took near an hour to do so before we gave up for the night. The next day, I was on my own to finish the gate. Turns out that he knew even less about power drills than I did and that we were using the wrong drill bit! Once I had the right drill bit, attaching the gate to the window frame was a cinch! I finished the rest of it with my mother. She held up the gates and I drilled. Thank You, Sonya

Brian, I called Xpanda and talked to Ron. One of the gates on my front door was coming loose. He called Xpanda’s nearest technician, Jimmy Hill, who is in Mississippi. Jimmy called me that same day and said he’d be at my store the next morning at 8:00. He came and put a special bracket on my windows …..and then fixed more on my door than I had even asked them to do. He put in a new lock because mine was worn and also replaced a wheel underneath that had originally been put on years ago and was now worn. Then he added handles to both gates to make it easier for us to close them at night. I was extremely satisfied with the promptness and the work done by their company. They told me there would be no charge and I liked them even better. When a company can exceed their customer’s expectations, all you can say is their customer service is something we should all strive for. Thanks for your time, Randy Sackett, Store Manager #538
